3 Cassiopeia combos explained key by key: in which order to cast the abilities, when to use them and what each step does. The main combo is Q › E › E › W. Further down: every ability's cooldown, cost and range, and the skill max order measured over ranked games.
When: An enemy is within range.
Noxious Blast poisons after a short delay and speeds you up if it hits a champion, then Twin Fang deals more damage to poisoned targets.
When: Several enemies are facing you.
Petrifying Gaze stuns those facing you and slows those turning their back: position yourself so they look toward you.
When: An enemy uses movement abilities.
Miasma grounds those crossing the clouds: they cannot use movement abilities.
A combo only comes back once its abilities are off cooldown: these values (rank 1 to max rank, in seconds) tell how long to wait between two combos. Source: Data Dragon 16.19.1.
