When: An enemy is within range.
Jaws of the Beast leaps you onto the target while healing you, your attacks deal bonus magic damage, Primal Howl reduces the damage you take then makes enemies flee.
The capture
R›Q›AAAA
When: A carry is isolated.
Infinite Duress leaps in a direction (farther with bonus speed) and suppresses the first champion hit for 1.5 seconds.
The hunt
W›Q›AAAA
When: An enemy is below 50% health.
Blood Hunt gives you movement and attack speed bonuses against them, tripled below 25%.
Common mistakes
Forgetting your passive at low health: it is your heal.
Casting the ultimate without having adjusted your bonus movement speed.
Using Primal Howl when you do not need to flee.

Official ability descriptions
PassiveEternal Hunger
Warwick's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage. If Warwick is below 50% health, he heals the same amount. If Warwick is below 25% health, this healing triples.
QJaws of the Beast
Warwick lunges forward and bites his target, dealing damage based on their maximum health and healing for damage dealt.
WBlood Hunt
Warwick senses enemies below 50% health, gaining Move Speed toward and attack speed against them. When they fall below 25% health, he frenzies and these bonuses triple.
EPrimal Howl
Warwick gains damage reduction for 2.5 seconds. At the end, or if re-activated, he howls, causing nearby enemies to flee for 1 second.
RInfinite Duress
Warwick leaps in a direction (scaling with his bonus Move Speed), suppressing the first champion he collides with for 1.5 seconds.
