Singed is a tank-mage who leaves a poison trail behind him and gains speed when passing champions. Mega Adhesive slows and grounds, Fling knocks the enemy behind him (rooted if they land in the adhesive), and Insanity Potion improves his stats and makes his trail apply Grievous Wounds.
