How to play and combo preview

Ashe is a control marksman: her attacks slow their targets and deal bonus damage to affected targets, and her critical strikes apply a stronger slow. Hawkshot sends her hawk scouting anywhere on the map, and Enchanted Crystal Arrow stuns for a duration that grows with distance.

Common mistakes

• Using the ultimate at too short a range: the stun is shorter.
• Forgetting Hawkshot: the vision it gives is its real value.
• Wasting Ranger's Focus before a fight.

Riot's official tips for playing Ashe

• Try to fire Enchanted Crystal Arrow in the same direction enemies are moving, so it is more likely to hit.
• Volley arrows are blocked by the first enemy they hit, so keep your distance to avoid having them all absorbed by enemy frontliners.
• Hawkshot reveals units in brush. If a team fight is occuring in the jungle it can give you a significant advantage.
