Azir is a sand-soldier mage: Arise! summons a soldier that attacks in his place, and the soldier's attacks deal magic damage along a line. Conquering Sands sends all the soldiers, Shifting Sands dashes him to a soldier, and Emperor's Divide pushes enemies back. His passive lets him summon the Sun Disc from the ruins of turrets.
