WoW Forever: LFG now requires a playstyle
In the WoW Forever beta, the group finder (LFG) shows a new "Playstyle" menu that must be filled in before you can look for a dungeon group. There are four options: Learning, Relaxed, Competitive and Carry Offered. The first two target slower runs and newer players; "Competitive" has no real purpose in dungeons yet but could matter for raids.
What it means for you
- Mandatory choice: you cannot queue in LFG without picking a playstyle.
- Learning / Relaxed: for groups that take their time, ideal to discover a dungeon.
- Carry Offered: the most debated option, since carries often come at a price; GDKPs remain banned in WoW Forever.
- Prepare your group before queuing: check our dungeon pages for loot and bosses.
