A real event-driven engine for the Fury kit actually available at level 20 (the beta's current cap) — not Bloodthirst, Whirlwind or Heroic Strike, which all require level 60 and don't exist yet on this character. How this is calculated, and what's missing

This formula-based calculation uses the real level-20 kit (Rend, Overpower), not level-60's Bloodthirst/Whirlwind: Rend deals 45 damage over 15 seconds (rank 3, the level-20 cap), Overpower deals 100% weapon damage + 5 flat. Both values come directly from WoW: Forever's real Wowhead tooltips, not an estimate.
Rend is assumed maintained continuously (100% uptime): a reasonable approximation since it only costs 10 Rage and refreshes outright, never stacking.
Overpower can only be cast within 5 seconds of the target dodging one of your normal swings: its usage rate is therefore estimated from your assumed Dodge chance (5%, a target close to your own level) times your normal-hit rate per second, capped by its own 5-second cooldown. This is a steady-state approximation, not an exact second-by-second calculation.
Critical Strike Rating (14 = 1% at level 60) and Hit Rating (10 = 1%) come directly from real WoW: Forever item tooltips, which show the percentage equivalent in parentheses.
A critical strike deals 200% of normal damage (standard World of Warcraft mechanic).
This formula-based calculation deliberately ignores randomly-triggered talents (Flurry, Unbridled Wrath) and Bloodrage: it's a quick order-of-magnitude estimate, not a full simulation.
