An item is only offered if the class can equip it (armor and weapon types read from the beta client tables) and if it gives at least one of the specialization's four top-priority stats.
Top priority: the item's best stat is the 1st or 2nd of the priority. Useful: the 3rd or 4th. Within the same importance, items are ranked by best priority, number of useful stats, quality, then the stat's value.
The stat priority comes from the specialization's Icy Veins guide (level 20). "Item level" entries cannot tell items apart and are ignored. This is not a best-in-slot list: no source publishes one yet.
Healing power is matched with spell power: the data shows no separate healing stat.
Item names are in English: their French translation is not in the data we retrieved.
