Retribution is the Melee DPS specialization of the Paladin in WoW: Forever. This page summarizes its talent tree as it appears in the beta client (build 1.60.1.69913); the role is the one stated by the Icy Veins guide for the specialization.
The class's three trees, with the talents the Icy Veins guide recommends at level 20 in colour and all the others in grey. The small number on the left of each row is the points you must have spent in the tree to reach it. Point counts are shown when the guide states them; otherwise only the talents are named. This section is fixed: it does not move and does not depend on the calculator.
Icy Veins: makes Holy Strike come up more often.
Icy Veins: reduces damage taken and speeds up auto-attacks (Parry Haste).
Icy Veins: decreases Judgement cooldown.
Icy Veins: increases damage (remaining points).
Icy Veins: instead of Deflection for group content.
Icy Veins variant: sacrifices Improved Holy Strike to reach this spell for slightly more damage.
Icy Veins variant: 2 points from Conviction here for frequent Consecration against Undead and Demons.
In order of importance, according to Icy Veins.
This order is for solo play and levelling.

What the Icy Veins guide lists for this specialization.
No source publishes a best-in-slot list or enchants for this specialization yet: the Icy Veins Forever guides only cover level 20 for now and do not detail them. The dungeon items below are ranked by rule from the stat priority and are not a best-in-slot list. This section will be filled when a source publishes them, with nothing invented on our side.

These are the deepest talents in the tree: they require 30 points already spent in the specialization. Official game text, at maximum rank.
When you replace your Seal of Command, Seal of Righteousness, Seal of Fury, or Seal of Justice with a different Seal, gain an Echo. Your next melee attack applies the replaced Seal's effects, consuming the Echo.
Talents you take only once, with their tier (official text at maximum rank).
Gives the Paladin a chance to deal additional Holy damage equal to 70% of normal weapon damage. Only one Seal can be active on the Paladin at any one time. Lasts 30 sec. Unleashing this Seal's energy will judge an enemy, instantly causing 48.5 Holy damage, 97 if the target is stunned or incapacitated.
Increases the damage of your Holy Strike ability by 10% and causes it to refresh all Judgement effects on the target.
Puts the enemy target in a state of meditation, incapacitating them for up to 6 sec. Any damage caused will awaken the target. Only works against Humanoids.
Each line is a tier of the tree; in brackets, the talent's maximum rank.
