WoW: Forever's level cap is 60. Here are, in bands of ten levels, the zones to level in, the dungeons to run and the profession ranks that unlock, then the leveling of each specialization. Every figure says where it comes from: the game client, a Blizzard announcement, or WoW Classic when Forever has not confirmed it yet.
The level cap is 60. The first talent point comes at level 10, then one per level up to 51 points at level 60.
In the client data, dungeons range from level 13 (Hall of Thanes) to level 60 (Scholomance, Sunken Temple, Blackrock Depths). Each dungeon's level range is in this guide, with a link to its loot page. All dungeons →
Every specialization guide has a "Leveling from 1 to 60" section: the talent order step by step (derived from the level-60 build, not tested while leveling), the dungeons of each level band and the spec's best item in each. Leveling by class →
We have no measure of leveling speed: our simulator measures level 60. A dedicated page says what we know about the classes, what is an opinion, and points to the community's views. Which class to level? →
We give no duration: no reliable source measures it for Forever, and the time depends on the class, the route and the dungeons.
According to the game client, the Journeyman rank is learned at level 10, Expert at level 20 and Artisan at level 35. Profession guides →
That is not confirmed. Forever extends the original Azeroth with new content (Zephras Isle, Mount Hyjal, Riverglades): the zone level ranges in this guide come from WoW Classic and remain to be checked in game.
Yes: the level cap is 60. The zone and dungeon levels in this guide come from the client tables and from Classic, not from games we played.
For each specialization: the talent order from 10 to 60, the dungeons of each band with the best item, and the calculator set at each step. The talent order is derived from the level-60 build and was not tested while leveling.
Each zone's side in WoW Classic: Alliance or Horde zones at low level, the others are shared. Not confirmed for Forever.
Each race starts in its own starting zone (levels 1 to 10 in Classic). The Skyborne, Forever's new race, start on Zephras Isle; its level has not been announced.
No dungeon in this band in the client data.
No new profession rank in this band.
Three new zones are announced. Their levels have not been published, so we do not place them in the table.
