The level cap stays at 60. This page gathers what is known to plan your leveling: dungeons by level range, new zones and raids. A full quest route will follow after launch, once it can be verified.

Blizzard confirms the first two dungeons and their levels. The other seven come from the Warcraft Wiki (a community source): to be confirmed in game.

The new zones

  • Zephras Isle: the Skyborne starting zone, playable from the beta (Blizzard).
  • Mount Hyjal and Riverglades: two more announced new zones (Icy Veins, Wikipedia).

The raids

  • The Barrow Deeps: a 10-player raid (Warcraft Wiki, Icy Veins).
  • Hyjal Summit: a 20-player raid (Warcraft Wiki, Icy Veins).
  • Onyxia's Lair: a 40-player raid, named in the December 9, 2026 unlock (Icy Veins).

The schedule for the later raids, in spring and summer 2027, is on the Release page.

During the beta

The beta capped at level 20 in the first week, then at level 30. It let you test Zephras Isle and the low-level dungeons, but not the climb to 60.
