What's still missing

This class isn't complete yet: here's precisely what hasn't been sourced yet, rather than leaving it silent.

Real, explicit source caveat: Icy Veins' own guide says the level-20 Enhancement toolkit is too limited to show the spec's real playstyle yet ("the full playstyle isn't really on display yet until we see more of the Beta open up") -- this class's real level-20 kit is genuinely thinner than every other class catalogued so far, not an artifact of under-research this pass.
None of Stormstrike, Flurry, Maelstrom Weapon or Windfury Weapon (Enhancement's real signature abilities in other WoW versions) are reachable at 11 points and none are named in the real level-20 rotation text -- not looked up.
Lightning Shield, Flametongue Weapon (group alternative to Rockbiter), Frost Shock, Fire Nova, totems (Searing/Strength of Earth/Stoneskin/Healing Stream) named in the real rotation but not looked up.
"talents.elemental" and "talents.restoration" are empty placeholders. Note: the guide also flags a real alternative build spending points in Restoration (Mindfulness + Water Shield) for better early Mana sustain, at the cost of blocking a deeper Enhancement path later -- not sourced here.
